We’re currently seeking a full-time Design Manager in our West Jordan, UT office. This is an in-office position. The Design Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Design Team in support of design, drafting, construction estimating support, shop drawings, and Epic Map-related deliverables. This position oversees department budgeting, workload planning, team performance, monthly reporting, process improvement, and cross-department coordination.
