You will assist with the AAHC future academic and clinical programming and design with facility leaders. Coordinates practice and provider acquisitions and integration activities. Accountable for operational strategy as it relates to outpatient staffing models, between visit patient care, defining clinical expectations, and implementation of best practices in all single-specialty clinics. Supports the CPO on the implementation of annual operating goals particularly in the areas of outpatient clinic optimization/utilization. Responsible for oversight of workforce planning.
