As an Engagement Manager , you will serve as the strategic owner for BuildOp’s largest customers—accountable for orchestrating outcomes across multiple operating companies (OpCos) within a private equity (PE) structure, from scoping the initial implementation through long-term value realization. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Engagement Managers , this role is perfect for someone energized by high-stakes client partnerships, complex program leadership, and the challenge of driving enterprise transformation at scale across PE-backed portfolios.
