As Safety Officer, you'll build a genuine safety-first culture across our 30+ stores, our warehouse, and our construction sites — partnering with leaders at every level to make safety part of how we lead, not an afterthought. This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You'll be on the floor, solving real problems, coaching managers, investigating incidents, and driving continuous improvement across a growing national network.
