DIRECT HIRE: The Commercial Sheet Metal Foreman leads field execution for commercial HVAC ductwork and related sheet metal work on new construction and renovation projects. You plan and direct daily work, coordinate with other trades and the project team, enforce safety and quality standards, and deliver installations on schedule and per plans/specs. 📍 Working Location: Elizabethtown, PA. 💰 Pay Range: $34hr - $40hr 🕒 M - F, 7am - 3:30pm Benefits Key Responsibilities: Lead daily crew meetings, assign tasks, set expectations, and drive production goals for sheet metal installation teams. Supervise and mentor sheet metal mechanics and apprentices, enforcing high standards of workmanship, professionalism, and accountability. Coordinate manpower requirements with the project manager, including crew size, skill levels, and approved overtime. Oversee installation of commercial HVAC sheet metal systems including ductwork, fittings, hangers, supports, louvers, dampers, diffusers, grilles, registers, and air distribution components.
