Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: Days (United States of America) Nurse Manager – St. Rita's Medical Center - Coronary Care Unit (3B) Job Summary: Assumes 24-hour responsibility for supervising and coordinating the administrative and operational activities in the assigned areas. Collaborates with ancillary and interdisciplinary teams to develop goals and objectives based on analysis of clinical data to improve patient outcomes and create a culture of excellence. Responsible for achieving targeted KPIs and identified outcomes at the unit level.
