The Indirect Loan Officer processes vehicle loan applications submitted by indirect program participants from time of application through decisioning. Serves as first point of contact to handle dealer and member inquiries as they relate to all aspects of the indirect lending program. Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:00am - 7:00pm Qualifications: High School (Required) - Processes loan applications submitted by indirect program participants including third-party refinance companies and other vendors. Adheres to underwriting policies and procedures. - Reviews required verification documents from dealers and members for accuracy and legitimacy and displays strong problem-solving skills.
