Job Description: - End-to-end management of red meat, poultry, processed meat, and fish categories. - Managing supplier selection processes, contract negotiations, and price agreements. - Developing competitive purchasing strategies through continuous market monitoring and price analysis. - Optimizing stock management, demand planning, and waste (shrinkage) control processes. - Ensuring all products meet food safety and quality standards.
