Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - Experience in planning and designing network infrastructure within the EMEA region Preferred qualifications: - Experience managing programs within the networking sector. - Experience in IP, OSP, and optical networking design and planning. - Experience delivering infrastructure assets and vendor management. - Ability to learn and balance business and technical understanding to drive the long-term objectives of the organization. - Ability to be comfortable in navigating ambiguity. - Excellent problem solving skills, with ability to adopt data-driven, investigative approach towards solving complex challenges.
