About the role: The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a Specialist Solution Architect. The Specialist Solution Architect will support the Department of Defense (DoD) by leveraging expertise in IT infrastructure automation. This role focuses on pre-sales efforts in the government sector, particularly with the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. The architect will create compelling solutions for customers, and function as a technical advisor helping agencies improve efficiency, reduce human errors and improve security via automated solutions. Strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to develop enterprise-level business solutions are essential for success in this position. TS clearance or higher is preferred, but not required The Specialist Solution Architect is responsible for working independently and leading the resolution of varied and non-routine complex technical challenges, exercising independent judgment and creative solutioning, to secure customer validation and adoption of technical solutions.
