Summary NYPA is seeking a Business Analyst to advance our digital platforms and capabilities. As part of the Business Analysis CoE (BACOE) team, the Business Analyst works closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify needs, translate them into actionable requirements, validate requirements traceability, testing and ensure that solutions support NYPA’s VISION2030 strategy and goals. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, evaluating data, and recommending solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance products and services, and support strategic decision-making. Utilize Generative AI capabilities, where appropriate, to strengthen and accelerate business analysis activities. For agile initiatives, the Business Analyst is expected to facilitate user story creation, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria definition.
