Overview The MBA Intern supports strategic business initiatives that impact operational performance, growth, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness across the company. This role provides exposure to executive-level decision making and cross-functional leadership within a manufacturing and operations environment. The intern will work closely with senior leadership to support enterprise initiatives aligned with company strategy and will work on high-priority projects involving business analysis, operational improvement, financial evaluation, or organizational strategy while collaborating with leaders across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and human resources. Interns will present project outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
