Labor Relations Costing Specialist (Senior) Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company’s Corporate Labor Relations organization is looking for a Labor Relations Costing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience in the areas of data analytics, financial analysis, HR acumen and project management. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed locations . Position Responsibilities: Incumbent will be responsible for owning the labor relations costing model and costing process, to shape the strategic process of calculating the total financial cost of labor agreements, including wages, benefits, paid time off, and other indirect costs. Partner with labor relations and total rewards stakeholders throughout the negotiations lifecycle, supporting the preparation of the economic strategy before bargaining, travel for on-site support and rapidly modeling scenarios during the negotiation process, and providing key insights upon the conclusion of negotiations.
