This individual will continue to support the growth of clinic labs in the South Region as well as provide support and be a resource to the waived and PPM sites. This Lead Lab Quality Specialist duties would include: For the 22 clinic labs: - Provide their annual Quality Assessment plan which includes a variety of projects each month to ensure compliance with our regulations (each month is a new set of projects) - Run monthly reports to track cancellations, result corrections, specimen integrity reports, and turnaround time reports. - Monitor key quality indicators for these sites. - Monitor all proficiency test result...
