Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Functions with high degree of independence, making decisions on issues, solutions and risk relative to transactions within their assigned area. - Key contact point for AFM retail customers to track customer sales allowances, deductions, and payments. - Work with plant team, sales team, and SSO to streamline accounting process and resolution of discrepancies. - Reconcile key customer account daily / weekly. - Customer/Supplier/Operations escalation management. - Cross functional solution partnering for upstream process breakdowns or new business needs. - Heavy interaction, verbal and written, with suppliers, customers, and the internal business community. - Miscellaneous Other tasks as directed by managemen...
