This is an existing vacancy that we are actively looking to fill. - Ensure all new employee documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time. - Manage employee recordkeeping and compliance documentation, including work permits and electronic filing. - Process and manage HR form requests (e.g., ESC forms, employment letters, etc). - Monitor and triage the department email inbox, respond to employee inquiries, and prepare employment-related correspondence. - Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including creating job aids and organizing materials. - Identify opportunities to streamline workflows or automate processes to improve efficiency and service delivery. - Prepare and distribute complex HR reports on a regular basis. - Maintain and update departmental trackers related to recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and compliance. - Coordinate employee engagement initiatives such as the Cool Rewards program. - Perform other duties as assigned to support...
