We’re looking for a compassionate, driven, and solution-focused Case Manager to work directly with individuals experiencing homelessness, helping them build stability, access resources, and move toward permanent housing. What You’ll Do: In this role, you’ll serve as a guide, advocate, and connector for individuals navigating complex life transitions.
