Job description

The Human Resources Manager for Retail Division will report to the Regional HR Manager. This is a hands on/participatory Operational HR Manager position responsible for a facility or facilities inside the Division. This is not a desk HR Manager position. Participation in the operations of the business is required to serve our Employees. Some travel will be required to assist and manage the locations within the region assigned to the Divisional HR Manager. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Direct all phases of employment including advertising, recruiting, interviewing, testing, placement of personnel, orientation programs, exit interviews, and unemployment compensation hearings. - Strong recruiting experience - Investigate hotline calls, employee complaints to seek positive resolution in a speedy manner. - Administer all employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, FMLA and vacation, paid sick leave. - Serve as primary source of contact to managers, employees, working under the supervision of the Divisional HR Manager on all human resource related matters. - Maintain and administer HR reports and records as required by state and federal laws. - Assist with maintaining...
