Embedded Service Manager – (Global Clients) Location: Ireland – Remote: Purpose: The Embedded Service Manager will oversee service operations for physical security systems within a mission-critical data centre environment for a Tier One global client. This role acts as the operational link between client stakeholders, local contractors, and Securitas Global Clients Technology (GCT) governance teams. The Service Manager ensures the effective delivery and performance of electronic security systems and services while maintaining compliance with global standards and fostering strong, trust-based client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead & Manage Service Operations: - Oversee the service delivery for access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems across assigned sites. - Ensure timely and effective management of service tickets, maintenance activities, and fault resolutions. - Maintain full compliance with local regulations and client security policies. - Collaborate with subcontractors, service partners, and the GCT team to resolve technical or operational issues efficiently.
