Responsibilities include administration of certification, educational and/or training programs, supervising support and professional level staff, development and administration of budget, administration of policies and procedures, organizational development, designing course curricula, developing lesson plans & instructional materials. Also, may deliver instructional testing, facilitate project teams, and secure facilities and resources for instruction. Certification may be required in a specialty area. This position will provide expert guidance, mentorship, and accountability for over 1,000 EMS Educators, including accredited programs in academic institutions, EMS agencies and independent instructors.
