Salary/Position Classification: - $13.50 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime) - 5-20 hours per week - 100% Remote Work Availability: No - Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No Purpose of Position: Member Services Associates are responsible for a variety of tasks at the Wellness Center, including greeting and checking in members and guests, promoting membership sales, submitting work orders, cleaning duties, and providing all-around exceptional service to UND Wellness Center members and guests. This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position. Duties & Responsibilities: - Promote and sell memberships to prospective members. - Serve as a resource by providing accurate and current information regarding Wellness Center and university related programs and facilities. - Encourage and assist members to participate and register for upcoming events throughout the Wellness Center. - Assist Facility Manager with facility operations that include equipment set up and tear down, cleaning, laundry, Outpost rentals. - Know and enforce all Wellness Center policies and procedures. - Complete a variety of administrato...
