Job Description Summary The Process Engineer is responsible for overseeing the Rotor Assembly and Repair processes for designated product lines. This role involves managing and establishing processes to ensure timely repair of rotor components for customer delivery. The Process Engineer will be instrumental in defining and managing the inspection and repair plans for rotors, collaborating with engineering teams to develop optimal repair strategies. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with customers and customer teams to provide technical explanations of repairs and processes. The Process Engineer will also coordinate with vendors to ensure repairs are completed within the required timelines. A key aspect of the role involves leading continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing the cycle time and improving the quality of rotor assembly and repair operations.
