Job DetailsJob Location: Good Shepherd Nursing Home - Wheeling, WV 26003Salary Range: $16.00 HourlyJob Title: Dietary Aide (12:30p - 8:00p) Supervisor: Dietary Manager: Department: Dietary: 1. Summary of the Position: Performs a variety of dietary duties pertaining to the daily operation of the dietary department. 2. Key Responsibilities: Pulling food trucks which weigh approximately 400-500lbs. Working 1 of 4 different positions in the dish room – 2 times per shift. Understanding the daily menus and setting up residents diet trays accurately delivering nourishments and evening snacks to all sections of the nursing home. Restocking juice cart daily for morning shift. Performs any other duties as directed by the Dietary Manager or Evening Supervisor. Adheres to all sanitation and health standards at Good Shepherd Nursing Home LC. Must be able to place diet cards in order and be able to set them up for next meal.
