This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a Full-Time Senior Survey Technician for our Columbus, OH office. Be involved in projects with our Oil and Gas Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges. Takes part in providing survey support on projects to ensure construction compliance with plans, photogrammetric work, measurements, boundaries, calculations, and codified requirements for public and private sector client projects. Tasks may include performing land surveys on various assigned construction projects of basic to moderate scale and/or complexity, which may include visually mapping/drafting legal boundaries and the potential placement of structures, utilities, and installations. Generates accurate and concise documentation regarding assigned aspects of the project. Ensures that responsibilities are delivered and adhered to with a level of quality that meets or exceeds acceptable industry standards for design, uniformity, thoroughness, and legal compliance for survey documents.
