You will be responsible for developing individualized service plans, conducting home visits, and overseeing our direct care teams—from hiring and onboarding to ongoing performance coaching. This role requires a resilient, well-reasoned problem-solver capable of navigating complex social service challenges, managing urgent crises, and ensuring strict regulatory compliance. By fostering collaborative relationships with families and stakeholders, you will serve as a vital advocate for the health, safety, and independence of those living within our community programs.
