Summary: The Peel Manager provides operational and clinical leadership across services delivered through the Peel Health Hub (PHH) and Nidjalla Waangan Mia (NWM). The role supports Program Managers and clinical leaders to ensure high-quality, integrated, and person-centred service delivery aligned with Oseca’s values, funding requirements, and accreditation standards. The role is responsible for overseeing governance, continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, program development, and reporting, while fostering a collaborative environment that supports whole-person care across the region.
