What you'll do as an AT&T Dispatcher: • Receive, screen, update and dispatch installation and repair work orders for the new U-verse product line • Process work to meet service commitments with specific deadlines. Under general supervision, this position is responsible for receiving, screening, dispatching and updating installation and repair work orders for U-verse products. This position is responsible for interacting with supervisors, field technicians and customers, to resolve installation and repair work order problems.
