Description Galloway Ridge is an upscale continuing care retirement community offering top-quality care in a warm, welcoming environment and we are looking for a Resident Enrichment Coordinator to join our team! The Resident Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for creating, developing, and implementing programs and events for residents of the Arbor, which includes working directly with residents within the Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Memory Care neighborhoods. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Plan, develop, and implement a broad spectrum of programs, designed with specific outcomes and goals. These programs will support the social, intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual, and environmental needs of the residents of Galloway Ridge. - Establishes a culture of compliance by adhering to all facility policies and procedures. Complies with standards of business conduct, and state/federal regulations and guidelines. - Foster optimal communication to ensure programs run smoothly .
