Maintenance Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join our Services and Asset Management team and play a key role in overseeing trade and facility teams while supporting key stakeholders to deliver compliant, safe, and high‑quality maintenance services. Reporting to Operations Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: - Take appropriate action to ensure the maintenance service request response and completion time are in accordance with the Service Agreements. - Prepare and update staff rosters in accordance with applicable Instruments, and review and submit daily staff Timesheets. - Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Asset Register along with the relevant planned maintenance activities to achieve an optimum level of compliance with all relevant standards. - Take an active role in preparing and implementing all Contingency Plans and Standard Operating Procedures as and when required to do so. - Assist with the creation and review of monthly reports as required and ensure their correct distribution and application (eg.
