Job Description PARAMED HOME HEALTH CARE: Job Description: As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you will be an integral part of the home and community care team. This evening-line position is scheduled from 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM with alternate weekends and covers Glengarry (North and South), as well as Prescott-Russell East and Central. The role involves a lot of driving between clients’ homes and community settings. You will support, encourage, and promote independence for clients by assisting with activities of daily living. This position offers a guaranteed 75 hours bi-weekly.
