Description Summary: Primary job function is to: Responsible for the overall supervision of shift production in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensures smooth production operation during the shift, meeting safety, quality, and production goals. Provides leadership through conducting new hire orientation, completion of employee job certification and training, problem solving and mentoring of all employees in the department.
