8431 Broadband Dr. Frederick Maryland, 21701, Starting Pay: $15.15 Hourly Position Description: Assists the E-Commerce department by packing and shipping items for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities to customers that have purchased items via www.shopgoodwill.com and other online marketplaces. Utilizes appropriate packing material to protect products from damage during transit. Records accurate shipping weight and dimensions. Ensures shipment contents match order at time of shipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Examines shipment contents and compares with records such as pack sheets, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy. - Determines shipping methods, routes, or rates for materials to be shipped. - Manages own time to complete assignments within established parameters ensuring that our shipping rating maintains an acceptable level. - Reduces the number of damaged goods through meeting the percentage goal for breakage. - Safeguards all GCNA property including donated goods. Reports any suspicious behavior, incidents of theft or unauthorized possession/removal of GCNA property. - Communicates with Manager or Assistant Manager on...
