Location Perth, United Kingdom Leadership, Direction and Control: - Provide clear leadership and direction to the Production Unit in line with Alleima strategy, values, and business objectives. - Establish, maintain, and continuously improve an effective site management team. - Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high ethical standards. - Ensure effective communication and cooperation with employees, employee representatives, and trade unions. Health, Safety and Environment (HSE): - Hold overall accountability for Health, Safety and Environmental performance at the Perth site. - Ensure full compliance with applicable legislation, Alleima policies, and management system requirements. - Actively lead and demonstrate commitment to the Zero Harm philosophy. - Ensure risks are identified, assessed, and controlled, and that incidents are investigated and corrective actions implemented. - Exercise authority to stop work or production where unsafe or non‑compliant conditions exist.
