What You'll Be Doing: - Lead daily aggregates production operations to achieve safety, quality, and production targets. - Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards. - Optimize plant performance through effective planning, coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Supervise, coach, and develop team members to build engagement and operational excellence. - Provide operational leadership support to the Jefferson Quarry as needed to ensure continuity and performance. What Are We Looking For: Work Environment This role operates primarily in an outdoor aggregates production setting with exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and mobile equipment.
