Performs the duties and responsibilities within the scope of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Level I & II, as defined within the job description. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure as required by the state where services will be performed : MD: Occupational Therapy Assistant through Maryland Board of Occupational Therapy Practice OH: Occupational Therapy Assistant through Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Training Board PA : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant through Pennsylvania Department of State WV: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant through West Virginia Board of Occupational Therapy 2.
