The Role Inside Client Manager: Job Summary: As an Inside Client Manager (ICM) your primary role is to manage the sales operations process for your assigned SLED accounts. ICMs interact and work with Account Managers, vendors and customers to maintain ongoing business in the IT infrastructure services and products arena through direct sales support of Account Managers. This position will partner and communicate with various internal teams (Engineering, Credit and Collections, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing teams) to execute quote to ordering for Presidio customers.
