SUMMARY: The Principal, Drug Trends and Pipeline Strategy will be responsible for the development and execution of clinical strategies across multiple therapeutic areas to create market differentiating solutions and drive market adoption and growth. The Principal plays a key role in ensuring alignment and collaboration amongst cross-functional business units throughout the Supply Chain organization. The Principal will leverage analytical and clinical expertise, along with strong healthcare industry knowledge, to conduct strategic analyses, contribute to enterprise planning, and collaborate across clinical, product, operations, analytics, actuarial, and finance teams to identify new opportunities, expand capabilities, and strengthen competitive positioning, and support long-term strategic priorities. RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct external and internal reviews of the healthcare landscape (e.g., drug pipeline, emerging trends, regulatory activities, and competitive dynamics) to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps Evaluate the performance of internal clinical strategies to determine enhancement Synthesize internal and external insights into innovative and actionable recommendations th...
