Overview The region’s leading provider of integrated behavioral and primary health care is seeking an integrated outpatient clinician to work with our clients in Granite City, IL. Position is full-time; daytime hours. This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus! Responsibilities: - Help consumers to regain control over their lives through self-directed recovery. - Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness. - Use evidence-based practices focusing on individual, family, and group therapy. - Link clients to community resources including DCFS, probation/parole, courts, medical care, and natural supports. - Promote positive interactions within Chestnut and with the community to sustain a favorable program reputation.
