What You’ll get to do: · Provide ongoing account management to assigned clients, representing EveryMatrix and taking full ownership of your portfolio. · Manage all operational issues efficiently and ensure smooth delivery of services to clients. · Act as an internal advocate for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. · Continuously evaluate and enhance the Middle East Team’s processes and frameworks. · Conduct training sessions on company products and platforms for new clients. · Coordinate with other departments on ongoing general projects. · Monitor accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. · A...
