We seek a Global Welfare & Compliance Auditor to establish, audit, and report on global operational standards and procedures with the aim of proactively improving the quality and efficiency of global operations. Job Description: - To plan and undertake unannounced welfare audits as agreed with Global Vice President Welfare, Sustainability & Compliance. - To benchmark and provide ongoing training for internal welfare auditors in the business units. - Participate in company-wide forums to exchange information about operational issues and operations. - Gather, summarize and report data and information about welfare improvements across the company. - Familiarise with welfare, sustainability and audit developments and opportunities globally. - Develop and maintain an understanding of the Welfare Laws & Requirements in the countries we operate, becoming the key resource in these areas. - In...
