What is needed to be our Pool Manager: - Bachelor’s degree or working towards a Bachelor's degree in a related field - 1+ years of competitive swim coaching experience is preferred - 1+ years of experience in pool management/administration preferred - 1+ years of swim lesson experience preferred - American Red Cross certification for Lifeguarding required - Previous experience with YMCA, or voluntary/non-profit organizations preferred - Knowledge of research methods and a high degree of computer efficiency in Microsoft office products - Must be organized and possess superior communication ski...
