Job description

High Roller Ambassadors (Operations) are responsible for greeting guests and operating the High Roller systems. They are responsible for the safety of the guests while at the attraction and as they board the wheel. This is a part-time, on-site position. - Follow the basic principles of Safety, Courtesy and Capacity as they relate to the High Roller. - Work in various job areas, including Ticket Taker, Security Bag Checker, Grouper, Loader, Unloader, Control Tower, Ticket Sale Upgrades, Group/VIP Reception, and Guest Relations. - Demonstrate the highest level of guest service and attention during all guest interactions. - Safely load guests as they board and depart the wheel. Making sure they are loaded according to ticket type, group, and capacity guidelines. - Collaborate with other team members to create a safe, exciting experience for High Roller guests. - Comply with and uphold company expectations, including the Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, and industry regulations. - Must be at least 18 years old. - Possess inherent customer service skills, a passion for customer care, and a commitment to proactive service. - Ensure the safety of all guests, team members, and oth...
