Duties/Responsibilities: Maintain and update student records: Assist with all registration processes: Serve as backup to front desk specialist Assist with data entry for term course schedules Assist with internal and external reporting Provide graduation support and assist with commencement activities Follow FERPA policies in all communication Other duties as assigned: Qualifications: Must have strong customer service perspective and excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented for data entry and registration. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
