HR BUSINESS ANALYST

JOB SUMMARY: The HR Business Analyst collects, analyzes, and interprets HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and utilizes statistical methods and data visualization techniques, market analysis research, benchmarking, and evaluations. Assists with generating regular and ad hoc reports to assist HR leadership and stakeholders with key metrics and insights and develops dashboards and other tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making. PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): Design, develop, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and metrics using various reporting tools and software. Collaborate with HR leadership and stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Generate ad hoc reports and analysis in response to specific business needs or requests from HR leadership, business partners, or other stakeholders. Prioritize and manage multiple reporting requests simultaneously. Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring accurate and consistent data entry, validation, and cleansing processes.
