ServiceNow Developer Location: Washington, DC (onsite): Clearance: Active Secret (TS Preferred): Salary: $115,000 – $130,000: Type: Exempt: About This Role: A ServiceNow Developer is needed to support a mission‑focused federal program in Washington, DC. This fully onsite role involves designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow applications and integrations in a secure environment. An active Secret clearance is required on day one. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows. - Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation. - Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods. - Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance. - Maintain documentation and support end users as needed.
