Job Details: Job description Building Maintenance/Groundskeeper Springdale LH Garage A This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of skilled and semi-skilled building maintenance and repairs, and landscaping tasks, while maintaining a safe work environment, and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Job Summary: · Mow grass as needed. · Trim edges as needed. · Paint assigned areas. · Keep outside area clean. · Report any breakdown of equipment used to supervisor. · Install and maintain various landscape plots as designated. · Shovel snow and ice in winter. · Rake leaves. · All other duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements: Must pass MVR check: Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a valid driver’s license Must not have any DUI/DWI convictions within the last 12 months Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
