PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Understanding of quality concepts in a manufacturing environment - Hands-on experience with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and similar equipment - Inspect, reject or accept product according to visual standard, weight, tally and other Q.C. requirements - Documentation and recordkeeping - Control the removal of monogram from non-conforming product - Wear appropriate PPE - Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures - Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures - Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures - Other duties as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: - High School diploma or equivalent - Three years of verifiable work experience, preferred in manufacturing environment - JOB REQUIREMENTS - Factory environment with large range in temperature changes - Standing, walking, & Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily - Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily - Lifting weights up to 50 lbs.
