This role is ideal for a hands on leader who is passionate about mentoring teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring safe, timely medication distribution during PM hours. In this role, you will supervise and support pharmacy technicians, coordinate daily operational activities, and partner closely with pharmacists and interdisciplinary teams to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance.
