Company Description On-Site 1 Yr Contract Pay: $22~$28/hr DOE: Job Description: - Load Planning & Execution - Build, plan, and assign daily outbound and inbound shipments in TMS (Transportation Management System). - Optimize routing and equipment utilization to ensure timely, efficient delivery while minimizing transportation costs. - Review orders, consolidate shipments, and determine the best mode and carrier assignment. - Ensure alignment with required delivery dates (RDD/MABD) and customer-specific delivery guidelines. - Coordination & Communication - Communicate with carriers, warehouse operations, and customer service to confirm load details and resolve scheduling conflicts. - Monitor in-transit loads, ensuring on-time performance and addressing any delays or accessorial issues proactively. - Serve as a primary point of contact for load execution and scheduling questions. - System & Documentation - Maintain accurate shipment data in TMS and supporting systems (e.g., FourKites, Tracktik, SAP). - Validate BOLs, appointment confirmations, and proof of delivery (POD) documents. - Ensure compliance with company SOPs, carrier contracts, and customer routing guides. - Performance &...
