Location: Paço de Arcos - Q45, Portugal At Thales , you’ll join our HR Shared Service Center as part of the Quality and Transformation function, ensuring strong governance, process excellence and continuous improvement across multiple regions. You will help standardize HR operations, safeguard compliance and data integrity and enhance service performance, contributing to a consistent, efficient, and high-quality employee experience every single day. Key Responsibilities: Lead HR governance and audit activities across designated regions, ensuring SOPs and procedures align with PSS governance standards and regulatory requirements. Standardize and continuously optimize HR processes across regions, allowing for necessary legal and compliance adaptations. Monitor, analyze and enhance HR SLAs and KPIs, driving process improvements and ensuring high levels of service performance and data integrity. Oversee document governance, maintaining up-to-date templates, employee documentation and compliance with labor laws and data privacy regulations.
